Finance Officer (PPS-7) | 1 Post – MBA/Finance from HEC-recognized university with 8–10 years’ experience in finance management, especially in public/private health sector. Must have strong command over financial policy, reporting, MS Office, and email. Excellent communication skills needed. |
Procurement Officer (PPS-7) | 1 Post – Master’s in Business, Supply Chain, or related field with 5–7 years’ procurement experience, preferably in NGOs/donor-funded projects. Familiarity with USAID/UN systems is an advantage. |
Internal Auditor (PPS-7) | 1 Post – MBA/ACMA/CA or related degree with 5 years of auditing experience. Proficient in financial reporting, fluent in English, and tech-savvy with MS Office and email. |
Admin Officer (PPS-7) | 1 Post – Postgraduate degree in Business Admin/MPA with 3–5 years’ admin experience, preferably in health/public sector, or donor-funded organizations. Must be familiar with financial processes and grant management. |
Database Officer (PPS-7) | 3 Posts – MS in CS/Software Engg./Statistics with 5–7 years’ experience in data analysis, particularly health data. Must have strong command over MySQL, SPSS, Excel, and other databases. |
Communication Officer (PPS-7) | 1 Post – Master’s in Media, Marketing, or Communication with 5–7 years’ media planning and communication experience. Must be digitally connected, socially savvy, and proficient with tools like MRI, comScore. Ability to travel and understand social media trends preferred. |
Training Officer (PPS-7) | 1 Post – Master’s in Public Health, Social Sciences, or Community Development. 5–8 years’ experience in training delivery, planning, and public health facilitation. ToT certification and knowledge of learning systems/tools will be advantageous. |
Office Assistant (PPS-5) | 1 Post – Bachelor’s in CS with 2 years of relevant experience. Must know MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preference for those with IT knowledge. |
Driver (PPS-1) | 3 Posts – Valid LTV license with 3–5 years’ driving experience, preferably with NGOs or government offices. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to manage vehicle logbooks and maintenance records. |
