The Selection Process: Physical Endurance Test

Shortlisted candidates will be required to pass a physical test to prove their fitness for the demanding nature of the job.

• Male Candidates: 1.6 km run in 7 minutes, 15 push-ups (2 mins), 3 chin-ups (2 mins), and 20 sit-ups (2 mins).
• Female Candidates: 1.6 km run in 10 minutes.
