Subject Expert / Paper Setter

SPSC is seeking intellectual stalwarts to join its panel of experts. The ideal candidate is a master of their domain with a profound understanding of modern assessment techniques. You must hold at least a Master's degree in your relevant field, with strong preference given to those with M.Phil or Ph.D. qualifications. Furthermore, a solid and continuous ten-year track record of teaching or professional experience is essential. Your core responsibility will be to design analytical, conceptual, and insightful examination questions (both MCQs and subjective) that accurately gauge the knowledge and abilities of future civil servants.
