Choose Your Path: Available Airman Trades

The PAF is recruiting for several key trades, each forming a vital part of its operational strength. Find the role where your skills and passion align.

Trade Desired Profile and Qualifications Aero Trader The technical experts who keep our aircraft flying high. Candidates must have passed Matriculation with Science with at least 60% marks. You need a minimum of 33% in Physics, Chemistry & Maths, and 47% in English. The age limit is 15.5 to 20 years. PF & DI (Provost) The guardians of discipline and security. This role requires a Matric Science degree with at least 50% marks and 45% in English. A commanding height of 178 cm is required. The age limit is 17.5 to 22 years. Security The vigilant protectors of PAF's critical assets. We are looking for candidates with Matric Science and at least 55% marks, with 45% in English. The minimum height requirement is 175 cm, and the age should be between 17.5 and 22 years. MTD (Driver) The skilled drivers who keep the force moving. This trade requires Matric Science with 50% marks and 45% in English. The age limit is 17.5 to 22 years (extendable to 24 for LTV/HTV license holders). Minimum height is 168 cm. Fire Fighter The brave first responders ready for any emergency. Candidates need a Matric Science degree with 60% marks and 45% in English. The minimum height is 168 cm, and the age limit is 17.5 to 22 years.
