Position Summary:

Local grouping: Wage group 2 (area collective agreement)

Main duties/responsibilities:

Scanning and distribution of the shipments;

Creation and completion of daily reports;

Dubbing of the Supertracker data;

Control and timely ordering of work materials;

Contact person for customs offices in the event of problems;

collaborative work with the Docsort workspace;

communication with other work areas of the hubs;

Monitoring of the outsourcing of customs and free goods shipments as well as schedule control;

Control of the hub hold process and monitoring of the customs goods storage;

independent processing and forwarding of loop sorter exceptional shipments;

Knowledge of the cutoff times for the respective package destinations;

Minimum requirements:

Ability to lift packages up to 32 kg and move heavier shipments with appropriate equipment;

good knowledge of German, basic knowledge of English;

valid driving license class B;

Readiness for shifts.
