Job summary
The AUM & Referential Officer will participate in various activities, under the responsibility of the department Head:
- Regular monitoring and certification of product events in the Finance data depository. Participation to a project to automate processes and controls relevant to product referential and product events.
- Regular reporting on the product referential and product events to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.
- Monitoring, summation and controls over trades made within selected company’s product ranges. Performing regular reconciliations of these trades against opening and closing positions for a given period.
- Monitoring and controls over the trades based commissions and preparation of data for the Finance team on the trades based commissions to post entries in the company’s accounts.
- Regular reporting on the trades activity to the Head of the department and other stakeholders within the Finance function of the company.
- Preparation and update of the written procedures relevant to the above.
- Participation to any other projects and activities within the department as it might be assigned by the Head of department.

Minimal education level

Academic qualification / Speciality
Required level: Master 1 or 2 in Finance, Mathematics, Economics and / or any other relevant business experience (minimum 3 years)

Required skills
- Knowledge on financial products, and prospectus intelligibility is an advantage;
- Good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access. Advanced Access and VBA Programming are a plus;
- Qualities required:
o Mathematical thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail, organization, relational ease, autonomy and dynamism
o with an accent to be rigorous and capable to work independently
Languages
Fluent English, written and spoken, advanced knowledge of French or any other language is a plus
