The position is responsible for:

• You to undergo full customer care training to become product experts and learn the in-depth promotional technique to accommodate customers’ needs
• You to promote the TELUS brand to prospective outbound and inbound customers, helping them to decide which products suit them best while building a beneficial relationship
• You to be open to and appreciate feedback and recognize with growth comes change and improvement
• You to have a positive, “I've got this” attitude
• You to be independent not be micromanaged; you know your responsibilities and take the initiative to accomplish them
• You to be self-motivated and goal-oriented
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Someone who enjoys a fast paced yet fun working environment
• Must be a self-starter and self-learner
• An excellent communicator
• Must be 18 years or above
• Able to clear Criminal Background check
• Available to work full-time from Monday to Friday
